Braid Analysis Videos

Last year I recorded an in-depth analysis series on Braid, where I played through the game and talked about anything and everything that came to mind. I am quite proud of the series. It was initially exclusive to my $5+ Patreon backers, but I have decided to make it public. I will be releasing each part separately over the next 6 weeks, with the first part being released today!

The parts will all be available through the above playlist, so you can return each week to watch more. I would however recommend watching on YouTube with annotations on, as there are spoiler avoidance links for the secret puzzles in the game if you want to skip over the parts where I mention them.

Braid’s out for PC

Posted in Computers, Games with tags , , on April 11, 2009 by Matthew VanDevander

For those people who haven’t gone out and bought a 360 just to play this game, (Which I’m guessing most of you haven’t) you can now play Braid on your PC!

I mean, seriously, it’s on Steam, if you haven’t played it now, just buy it already. It’s, in my opinion, one of the most impactful games that has been released in the past few years. And in addition to that, it’s just a really great game.

Don’t pass it up any longer.

Buy Braid, now…

Braid is perhaps one of the most important games of all time, and you absolutely must play it. If you have an Xbox 360, download it of XBLA now. If you can’t afford the $15 worth of MS Points, then just download the demo. (But believe me, it’s worth the money.) If you don’t have an Xbox 360, buy one. You must play this game.

Seriously, stop reading this and go play the game already.
